Uplighters are an under-used trick — they soften a room more than direct lights ever will. The Welles is the right scale to use as a hallway pair, set 2.5–3 m apart down a corridor, or as a single piece on a bedside wall to free up the nightstand.

Styling & installation

Mount 150–170 cm from the floor as a hallway uplighter, or 110–130 cm as a bedside reading light. For a hallway pair, install at equal heights, 2.5–3 m apart.
